 TPS McAdams Site
This newly available property was the future home of TPS McAdams, LLC, a power plant. Eighty percent complete, the project was aborted due to lack of need. Located off of Highway 14, this 219.5 acre property comes equipped with 6 water holding ponds, three natural gas lines, two 13 mile long intake/discharge pipeline to the Big Black River and a pumping station located at the Big Black River.
Kosciusko is located in central Mississippi approximately 21 miles east of Interstate 55. This industrial park is currently privately owned.
